Biography
I was born and raised in Placerville, California and have lived in Moscow, Jakarta, Atlanta, New York, and Australia.
My research focusses on epistemology and decision theory and connects with ethics, AI, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of science. Topics that I’m currently working on include rational learning and the problem of induction, algorithmic fairness, the mathematical foundations of probability and decision theory, and the computational theory of mind.
