Demonstrate your Spanish language skills with the International Certificate in Cultural Competency and Communications in Spanish. To complete this certificate, you'll need to be functionally bilingual and able to perform linguistically in a culturally sensitive manner within the biomedical environment.
You will participate in a study abroad experience. This will allow you to gain experiential knowledge and expand your cultural sensitivities and functionality in a foreign environment.
You will also complete an independent shadowing experience in the biomedical environment. This will give you the opportunity to employ attained language skills in both social and formal settings.
Because of limited resources, the program will have a cap on the number of students admitted.
