Business Cards, Stationery & Envelopes

All printed stationery items must be ordered online through the official Texas A&M stationery punch-out catalog in AggieBuy. If you need assistance with ordering, please contact the College of Arts and Sciences business office.

College LiveWhale Calendar

The college’s LiveWhale calendar is maintained by the marketing and communications team in the College of Arts and Sciences. All proposed events for college-wide promotion must meet the format criteria outlined in our LiveWhale Guidelines. This is to ensure proper formatting across all our digital platforms (i.e. FourWinds, web, etc.)

There are two ways to have your events considered for promotion on the college calendar:

If you are a department or unit who manages their own LiveWhale calendar, follow these instructions for sharing to our College of Arts and Sciences calendar:

As you create your event in LiveWhale, go to Sharing & Privacy
Select the checkbox if you’d like your event to be considered for the Texas A&M University calendar
In the white textbox, type in College of Arts & Sciences and select it from the dropdown menu
Save your event

If you are a department or unit who doesn’t manage a separate LiveWhale calendar, reach out to a member of our team. We will be in touch with you about access and instructions on how to add your events directly to our calendar for promotional consideration.
